Hudson Yards to Host Free Concerts This Summer for the First Time: Schedule

This summer, the streets will definitely be filled with music - there are so many outdoor concerts planned in New York! Picnic performances in Bryant Park, New York Philharmonic brings back Concerts in the Parks. Lincoln Center transforms into a giant dance floor with music and dance performances throughout the season. You can now add Hudson Yards to your music calendar, shares Secret nyc.
New Yorkers and visitors alike can enjoy a free 10-week concert program of the Backyard at Hudson Yards summer extravaganza. Along with sports games, big screen movie nights, SoulCycle fitness classes and spinning food trucks, there will now be FREE outdoor concerts hosted by The Bowery Presents.
Free concerts will take place every Wednesday at 18pm from June 1st to August 3rd at Public Square & Gardens. The exact cast will be announced soon!
“This summer, we will be adding a weekly concert series that offers another reason to get together with friends, family and colleagues to have fun and share the joy,” said Stacey Feder, director of marketing for Hudson Yards.
