A screen with a photo of Kazakhstani DJ, Grammy Award winner Imanbek Zeikenov appeared on the iconic area of New York - Times Square. The musician announced this on his page in Instagram.
Imanbek thanked the recording studios 300 Entertainment and Effective Records for placing the billboard.
On the screen is an advertisement for a new track by Imanbek and American singer Trevor Daniel called In The Morning.
Recall that the Kazakhstani became the main sensation of the 63rd Grammy Awards 2021. He is still the only musician from the CIS and the former USSR to receive a Grammy in the non-classical music category.
Imanbek Zeikenov is a graduate of the railway college in the small town of Aksu, Pavlodar region. As a student, he started working at a train station while remixing. In 2019, he made his own version of Saint Jhn's "Roses". The American rapper released this track in 2016. And it didn't become a hit.
