A video is being discussed online in which a girl claims that life in New York is exhausting, and the frantic pace does not allow for full relaxation.

Other network users who live away from home also agreed with this opinion.
“Exactly my condition in Vancouver. Me and my expensive apartment, which I’m almost never in because of working 14-hour days”, “We only dream of vacation, greetings from New Jersey”, “I understand you, I live in Chicago”, “New York for energetic people “, “The same thing in Astana,” they write under the video.
Karina moved to the United States at the age of 17 to get an education, and then continued to work in real estate.
“I've been living in New York for about a year. The city has many opportunities, more competition, and the city truly never sleeps. The city itself, its color and people, of course, energize us. But the constant race for results and earnings is very annoying. Sometimes it seems that if you allow yourself to rest, you will be thrown back,” says Karina.
Despite the fact that Karina moved to the United States at the age of 17, she remembers life in Kazakhstan with special trepidation.
“I spent 17 wonderful years in Kazakhstan. I really like how people there take care of each other and stick together. Here, whatever one may say, you feel that everyone is for himself and many relationships are more superficial. As soon as interests diverge, the relationship ends. People easily let each other go, but in Kazakhstan relationships are highly valued,” she notes.
Living away from home has taught me a lot
“What I really like about America is that there is a feeling of freedom, first of all, internal. No one will judge your choice and try on social norms, trying to change you. Here you have the opportunity to be yourself, express yourself and live life to the fullest. People don’t have thoughts like “What will people say?” And I learned this right here,” Karina shares with us.
Karina admits that she still tries to balance between work and rest. By the way, in America she treats her vacation very responsibly.
“You need to allow yourself to rest. Don’t wait for burnout to set in, but take care of your planned vacation in advance. What helps me is turning off the phone, going out into nature, or even spending a full day at home. When I relax within the walls of the house, I try not to do anything. Then I realized that if I’m not online for a couple of hours, the world won’t collapse,” she concluded.
