You can donate clothes to migrant children at a special event in March

From March 11 to 22, the Marlene Meyerson Jewish Community Center (JCC) will host a spring and summer clothing collection event. According to I Love The Upper West Side, all donations will benefit migrant students in District 3 public schools.
Help provide newly arrived migrants in District 3 public schools with clothing for the spring and summer seasons. JCC collects new and gently used children's clothing.
We are currently accepting items for infants, toddlers and children. Donations can be brought to the JCC lobby at 334 Amsterdam Avenue (at 76th Street).
Opening hours: from 06:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and from 07:00 to 21:00 on weekends.

Accepted:
- Shorts, leg cuffs
- Trousers (lightweight only)
- Short Sleeve Shirts
- Dresses
- Socks (new only)
- Underwear (new only)
- Pajamas
- Outerwear (light only)
- Footwear
On the subject: Experienced immigrants will teach newcomers the intricacies of life in New York
Not accepted:
- Autumn or winter clothes of any size
- Used underwear
- Adult clothing
- Any torn or stained items
- Household items
- Toys, games or stuffed animals
