Sometimes it happens that important documents are lost. Or, it seems to us that they are completely unimportant, without which, in fact, the United States cannot do. ForumDaily New York decided to collect useful resources where you can find the necessary documents - from a divorce certificate to an eviction notice.
New York State Courts Electronic Filing System (NYSCEFS)
NYSCEF is a program that allows you to submit and search for legal documents electronically. Here you can find decisions of various courts on the cases you need (divorce, eviction, etc.).
Here you can both register and log in as a guest (with a username and password). You should click on the Case Search tab, enter the case data, find the documents you need and, if necessary, print them.
Go to NYSCEF website - by link.
Kings County Clerk's Office
On this site you can find a lot of different information - from divorce documents to naturalization data. The cost of services is different, and in some cases it will be necessary to call or visit the office.
