The New York City Housing Authority regularly holds lotteries for the right to rent affordable apartments in different areas of the city. Today we're looking at 276 apartments in Manhattan.
Address: 50 E 112th St (East Harlem, Manhattan)
- 75 studios priced from $498 to $1 per month;
- 131 one-bedroom apartments: $632 to $2 per month;
- 53 two-bedroom apartments: $748 to $2 per month;
- 17 three-bedroom apartments: $856 to $3 per month.

- a fitness center;
- lounge;
- computer room;
- bicycle storage room;
- lockers for storing things;
- free broadband internet for residents
- laundry.
Apply now New Yorkers with annual incomes between $19 and $646 are eligible.
