In Person or TV: How and Where to Watch Macy's Thanksgiving Parade

This year parade Thanksgiving Macy's will be held in its pre-pandemic mode. Its route will be restored through Manhattan, high-flying helium balloons will again reach for the sky. Crowds of people will greet and cheer each other. NBC New York.
This year, November 25 will host the 95th annual parade... You can watch it in person or on TV.
How and where to watch
The Macy's Parade is the traditional start to the holiday season and you definitely don't want to miss out on this magnificent sight.
As in previous years, the parade will air on local WNBC and national NBC from 9 am to noon ET on November 25.

If you want to see the procession live, starting at 6am, you can take the viewing spots on the west side of Central Park West from West 75th Street to West 79th Street.
The official parade starts at West 77th Street and Central Park West, but there is little to no public viewing. The parade will run from Central Park West to Columbus Circle and turn into Central Park South, where the public is also not allowed.
The procession will continue along West 59th Street to Sixth Avenue, from where it will head south to West 38th Street. This section has some of the best viewing points for a good view. The parade will end in front of Macy's Herald Square.
