The man first took off his pants, then his underwear and tried to rape a woman on a Manhattan subway train. This was reported to the police on November 24, reports Daily News.
On November 17, the 24-year-old victim was on train number 4 in the suburbs. Suddenly, 23-year-old Chris Tapia took off his pants and underwear. The time was around 23:30. The man lay down on top of the victim, felt her and tried to pull off her skirt.
The woman ran away to another train car.
Tapia got off at the Bowling Green stop and then boarded the ferry bound for Staten Island.
