'Our countries are fighting against tyranny': Ukrainians and Iranians protested together in downtown New York

Thousands of Ukrainians, Iranians and Burmese gathered in downtown New York on Broadway to protest against tyranny, dictatorship and war. Writes about it "Ukrinform".
All three communities of the city agreed in advance to hold a joint rally on October 29th.
People with the national flags of the three countries in different languages chanted “Free Iran! Freedom to Ukraine! Freedom for Myanmar!
“Today, our countries are fighting for freedom against tyranny: the Iranian and Burmese peoples are against their own dictatorial regimes, Ukraine is against Russian tyranny,” Artur Zgurov, organizer of the action from Ukraine, said.

Kyiv council member Dinara Gabibullaeva, who was in the United States on volunteer assistance and took part in the rally, called the Russian, Iranian and Burmese regimes "an axis of evil" against which the peoples are fighting.
The protesters chanted the words: "Russia is a terrorist state!"

Mass protests gripped Iran after the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini at the hands of the "morality police". The regime in Tehran resorted to a brutal crackdown on protests, as well as other restrictive measures, such as turning off the Internet.
