New music festival will bring together more than 100 artists from around the world in New York

New York is known for its hottest festivals: Governors Ball in June and Electric Zoo in September. Soon another one will be added to them. According to Secret nyc, The New Colossus Festival, a 5-day music festival featuring over 100 bands and artists, will take place on the Lower East Side this March.
The New Colossus Festival will take place March 6-10, 2024 at eight independent music venues in the LES and East Village, including Pianos, Baker Falls, Berlin, Arlene's Grocery, Rockwood Music Hall, Mercury Lounge, Heaven Can Wait and Bowery Electric.
This year's festival will feature more than 130 new bands and artists not only from New York, but from around the world. The program will feature a variety of genres - from post-punk and shoegaze to indie and alternative.
Among the festival artists:
- airu (pop / dream pop / shoegaze);
- Carinae (psych-rock);
- Dream Nails (punk);
- Earth Dad (indie);
- Security (art-punk/new wave).
