Two New York airports among worst in US for flight delays

AirHelp has conducted a new study of US airports. Experts have found out which airports had the most and least disruptions to flights last month. The list of the worst included two airports in New York: JFK and La Guardia, reports Time-out.
John F. Kennedy International Airport ranked fourth on the list, with 26,9 percent of flight disruptions in February. More than one in four flights departing from the airport were delayed for some reason.
Airport New York LaGuardia ranks sixth on the list with 26,5% of disrupted flights.
Ronald Reagan Virginia National Airport topped the list of worst airports in the US with more than 40% of flights disrupted in February 2025. That's almost half of all routes!

The top three losers were Logan International Airport in Boston (31,9%) and Detroit Metropolitan Wayne Airport in Detroit (27,9%).
