The apartments are located at 164 Fourth Avenue in Gowanus, Brooklyn, in Douglas Street Apartments.
How many apartments are available
Forty-eight of the 160 apartments are accessible in the 17-story building: four studios, 4 one-bedrooms, and seven two-bedrooms. Five percent of the apartments are reserved for residents with mobility issues, and two percent are for people with visual and hearing impairments. Community Board residents receive a 37 percent discount on apartments, while city employees receive five percent.

Price
Prices vary by income and family size, with studios priced from $903 to $3447 per month and two-bedrooms from $1142 to $3689.

New building
This new building has dishwashers in every apartment and high-end kitchen appliances, as well as a music room, gym, spa, co-working space, and sports court.
