Science Experiments and Games: New York Botanical Garden Opens Low-Cost Camp for Kids

New York Botanical Garden invites kids to the Cool Science Winter Break Camp during the winter holidays. Another good news is that this camp is very affordable. Registration will close soon.
During the winter camp, participants have a rest, engage in exciting scientific experiments, games and practical activities.
The camp will be held at Everett Children's Adventure Garden from February 18-21 from 9:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m. Early check-in (8:00 a.m.) and late check-out (17:00 p.m.) are available. Extended camp runs until 18:00 p.m.
Children will explore the states of matter from liquids to solids, and the adaptations that allow plants and animals to survive cold, icy winters. They will warm up by visiting the tropical and desert collections of the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory to compare plant, which live in these conditions.

Pre-registration is required to participate – you can do this hereThe last day of registration is February 14th.
The cost per child is $336 for Botanical Garden members and $378 for non-members. Early check-in and extended hours are extra.
The camp has age requirements. The child's date of birth must be between December 19, 2016 and July 18, 2020.
