Rockaway Village Apartments 5 has 13 one-bedroom apartments available for rent for $617 per month.
Additionally, more than twenty two-bedroom apartments are available, renting for $728 per month.
Residents who qualify for the lottery must have an annual income between $25,509 and $43,740.
The announcement notes that the minimum income requirements may not apply to applicants with Section 8 housing vouchers or other subsidies.
The rent includes gas and heating.
