From Manhattan to the Mountains: New York City Launches Buses to Catskills and Pocono Mountain Resorts

Intercity transport company OurBus launched seasonal ski routes. They connect New York City with the resorts of Windham, Hunter, and Belleayre in the Catskill Mountains, as well as Camelback in the Pocono Mountains.

The trip takes place on a single bus. There are no transfers. No need to rent a car. Passengers don't have to fight for a parking space in a snowy parking lot early in the morning. Simply board the bus in Manhattan, stow your gear, and wake up in the ski area.

Cost and schedule

Round-trip tickets start at $69, excluding taxes. This makes a trip to the slopes more affordable, especially for those who don't have a car or don't want to deal with city center congestion charges, tolls, or the challenges of winter driving.
