The fact is that test kits are produced by national manufacturers and they must send them to state laboratories. However, according to the governor, manufacturers have a problem in the supply chain. “They need items for swabs ... chemicals. The federal government can help here. The states are not involved in international supply chains, Cuomo explained. “So let the federal government be in charge of the supply chain to national producers. And we agreed on this during the meeting (with the President - Ed.). "
