New York Police Department (NYPD) actively recruits employees to work in his department

The department performs a wide range of tasks in public safety, law enforcement, traffic control, counterterrorism, and emergency response. The NYPD is looking for employees in a variety of areas and areas.
Police officer
- Salary: starting at $60.
- Age: from 17,5 to 35 years old.

Traffic officer

Traffic officers perform jobs of varying degrees of complexity in traffic control zones in New York City.
Traffic enforcement officers attend the Police Academy for 14 weeks and begin receiving pay and benefits from day one.

Operator 911
- Salary: starting – $44-$265.
- Age: from 17,5 years.
Communications operators in the Police Department's Communications Division answer 911 calls and initiate emergency assistance. They work shifts during evening or night shifts and/or Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. There is a shift wage, as well as a night shift premium.

Security guard at school
- Salary: starting at $38.
- Age: Applicants from 17,5 years of age can apply for the exam. You can start working from 21 years of age.
A school security guard is responsible for the safe learning process. He/she monitors the school building and the surrounding area, as well as visitors and students of the educational institution.

School Crosswalk Traffic Controller
- Salary: $18 per hour.

The staff are part-time. Traffic controllers monitor and direct traffic flow around schools in the morning, at lunchtime and at the end of the school day.

- Age: from 21 years old.
These professionals perform critical work in security, courier delivery, and evidence storage. Evidence is stored as evidence at the New York Police Department or the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, among other facilities.
Evidence Control Technicians may be required to work a variety of shift hours, including night shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Candidates for this position must meet certain physical and medical requirements and, upon appointment, complete six days of training at the New York City Police Academy.

Police administrative assistants perform responsible and complex clerical, typing, word processing, and entry tasks in a police station or other departmental unit, team, or office.
