New York ranked second in the world's most expensive cities

New report wealth research firm Henley & Partners confirmed what we already knew: New York is one of the most expensive мест for life all over the world.

Specifically, the study looked at housing costs. The researchers analyzed the average price per square meter of a “prime apartment of 100–200 square meters.” Monaco came out on top, with apartments of that size costing $38 per square meter.

In second place, unfortunately, was New York City with a whopping $27 per square meter.
Other very expensive cities on the list include Paris, Sydney and several American cities, such as Los Angeles, which came in at number 10.
