Macy's 2025 Flower Show Will Be Even More Chic Than Usual: What to Expect

Spring in New York City wouldn't be complete without the annual Macy's Flower Show. This year marks its golden anniversary. There's a lot to look forward to in honor of such a landmark event, reports SecretNYC.

In a few weeks, the Herald Square department store will be transformed into a vibrant exhibition "surreal gardens, drifting clouds and vibrant vistas" to mark the flower show's golden anniversary. It will be extended to three weeks to celebrate its 50th anniversary. The show will also feature its first Macy's Bouquet of Deals, a carnival of discounts.

Dates

The Macy's Flower Show runs from Sunday, April 27 through Sunday, May 11. There are plenty of exciting events to look forward to, including:

• Honey Flower Strawberro Cup tastings (various dates);
• Build-a-Bloom: LEGO® building event from 11:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m. April 27;
• Distribution of Bouqs Co. bouquets on May 3.

The theme of this year's show

2025 is shaping up to be a really exciting year! This year’s flower show is called YSL BEAUTY ART OF FLOWERS. It “reflects the freedom and transformation inherent in nature and the inherent beauty of living freely.” There will also be immersive experiences from LEGO and Holland America Line. Even if you can’t hop on a plane to the tulip fields of the Netherlands, you’ll have the chance to admire them here in New York City!
