14 times defeated cancer and survived COVID-19: 100-year-old New Yorker shared the secrets of longevity

Eileen Hultzman recently turned 100 years old. Born and raised in Corning, New York, the woman has now joined nearly 100 centenarians (those over 000) in the United States. Hultzman has lived in the same house her entire life and loves the local community.
Eileen's parents, Mary and Frank, came to Corning via Toronto when they fled the potato famine in Ireland. The family has lived in America since the 1800s. After their wedding in 1910, the couple had seven children, and Eileen is the youngest of them and the only one still living.
Eileen had a long career at Corning Glass Works (now Corning Incorporated).

“I've had cancer 14 times,” Hultzman said. "I have never had chemotherapy, and the only time I received radiation was during breast cancer."
She defeated not only cancer, but also COVID-19. Although she had many physical problems, her mind is sharper than ever.
