New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced the easing of some state quarantine restrictions on travel and mass gatherings. The details of Cuomo's important quarantine decisions were shared by the publication NBC New York.
Travels
Travelers arriving in New York from other US states will no longer be required to quarantine or be tested for COVID-19 if they have been vaccinated. The rule applies only to those who have received a full vaccination (that is, both doses of vaccination in the case of using a drug that requires two injections) and only within 90 days after a full vaccination. International travelers arriving in New York must continue to be quarantined and tested for COVID-19.
Gatherings of people
Starting March 22, New York will increase the limit on personal meetings of people. Now you can gather in groups of no more than 10 people both indoors and outdoors. From March 22, groups of up to 25 people will be allowed to gather on the street, the limit for premises will not change.

Currently, no more than 50 people can attend social events, from March 22 this limit will increase to 100 people indoors and 200 outdoors.
Recreational activities
Cuomo added that from April 2, entertainment and art venues with a capacity of less than 10 people will be able to reopen at 000% capacity (maximum 33 indoors and 100 outdoors). This capacity limit will increase if preliminary testing of visitors for COVID-200 is carried out - up to 19 people indoors and 150 people outdoors.
All of these innovations apply to small venues such as clubs and concert halls. However, most Broadway theaters will remain closed. But the good news is that some smaller Broadway theaters, such as the 45th Street Music Box, could reopen in April after closing for almost 13 months.
The state and city are hoping that expanded vaccinations will speed up the opening.
