The driver drove onto the sidewalk in Manhattan and was captured by a surveillance camera. According to New York Post, an angry driver chased one of the pedestrians.
The incident occurred on West 39th Street near Seventh Avenue on Monday, April 22. The offender was captured on video when he suddenly drove into the oncoming lane and directed his white sedan onto the sidewalk. During the collision with the footpath, he knocked over two large rubbish bins.
When the passers-by moved away, the driver reversed and drove out onto the sidewalk again, causing frightened people to scatter in different directions. It seemed like he was stalking a young guy with a naked torso.
The driver pulled into the bike path and the guy started running away. Soon the pursuer stopped the car in the middle of the sidewalk and jumped out of it.
At this time, someone shouted: “Call the cops, call the cops now.” It is currently unclear what caused the incident.
