The woman who was without a ticket last month snuck onto a Delta flight from New York to Paris, was arrested again. This time she was trying to get to Canada by bus, reports CNN.
Svetlana Dali managed to cut off her GPS ankle bracelet on December 15. She was arrested on December 16.
She was on board a Greyhound bus bound for Canada.
Dali is currently in FBI custody and is expected to be turned over to U.S. Marshals in Buffalo, New York, on Dec. 17.
Dali lived with an acquaintance who reported her missing when he saw her bracelet on the floor.
Dali is expected to appear before a judge in Buffalo before returning to Brooklyn to face charges of violating bail. The Russian could face up to five years in federal prison.

Dali, a permanent resident of the United States and a Russian citizen, is accused of sneaking onto a flight from New York to Paris on November 26. She was able to slip through a checkpoint on a lane reserved for airline crews. She was released without bail. She was given a GPS bracelet and a ban on leaving the designated area.

The judge in her case, Joseph Marutollo, expressed concern about Dali's release after the previous incident. The Russian's lawyer, Michael Schneider, successfully secured her release.
"We don't think Dali can escape. She can't fly on a plane every day without being seen," Schneider said during the court hearing.
Prosecutor Brooke Theodora said her office believes Daly is a flight risk. She said the previous incident was a security breach that raised national security concerns.
Marutollo ordered that Dali be banned from airports, must submit to GPS monitoring, and must surrender any travel documents. The Russian must not leave the area where she is located or where she is charged. The judge also ordered that she comply with a curfew, undergo an evaluation, and attend any recommended mental health treatment.
Dali lived in Philadelphia with an acquaintance from her church. He told the court that he was willing to let Svetlana live there because she had nowhere else to go. The acquaintance reported his friend missing.
Who is Svetlana Dali
Records indicate the Russian woman once lived in the Philadelphia area.
Authorities have not said whether she had previously tried to board the plane or whether she was previously known to law enforcement. It is unclear how long she had been in the United States.
In recent months, Dali has filed two lawsuits alleging she was the victim of a military-grade chemical weapon and a kidnapping plot, according to court records.
The Russian woman applied for asylum in France several years ago.
After being detained at a Paris airport, she was supposed to return to the US on November 30, but she was removed from the Delta flight after the Russian woman caused a scandal before takeoff.
She finally flew out on December 4, accompanied by two French security officers.
During the flight, Dali would occasionally lower her head onto the seat in front of her and look at the floor or close her eyes and listen to music.
