Six storage rooms, but no kitchen: an amazing apartment is being rented for $3500 in Brooklyn

There are some things New Yorkers can sacrifice for affordable housing. These include a washer and dryer, dishwasher, elevator, access to the street and even natural light. However, more people require a kitchen (obviously). apartment therapy I found an apartment in Brooklyn that doesn’t care about these requirements and has everything except a kitchen.
A one-bedroom apartment in the Cobble Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn recently went on the market for $3. It has everything you need: a decent-sized living room, a fireplace and even natural light. The bedroom is suspiciously spacious, and the six closets are unusually spacious for a luxurious wardrobe. But upon closer inspection, it turns out that there is no kitchen in the house.
There is no kitchen, which means the only sink is in the bathroom. Instead of a real kitchen, there are shelves lined with household appliances: a microwave oven, a single-burner stove, an air fryer and a coffee maker. If you live in New York City, then you know that this is almost enough, especially if you like to order food delivery. In addition, this will allow you to get additional space in your apartment. That's New York rent math.
Surprisingly (or unsurprisingly), apartments without a kitchen are not new. The $2 Manhattan studio that went on the market earlier this year didn't have a kitchen sink. The monthly rent for this new apartment may seem high, but it is much lower than the average rent in New York City, which is $500 per month.
There are many similar apartments that lack a kitchen, closet or even a bathroom. Although this advertisement has already been removed from sale, which means that the apartment may have already been rented out and she has found her ideal tenant, who does not like to cook lunches and invite guests to dinner.
