Three teenagers died, several more were hospitalized after a brutal accident in New York

Two teenage girls and a 15-year-old boy were killed and several others were injured in a car crash on Staten Island on July 10, reports NBC New York.
The dead - 15-year-old and 16-year-old girls, as well as a 15-year-old boy - were in a red Mustang. Another 16-year-old teenager was driving. Their car collided with a black SUV on Highland Boulevard and Richard Avenue shortly before 21:00 pm.
The 16-year-old driver was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. He is expected to survive, as does the driver of the black SUV. The man was also taken to the hospital, although he suffered less serious injuries.

The identity of the victims was not announced, nor was the possible cause of the accident.
New York City driving laws state that anyone with a junior learner's permit, which covers a driver under 17, must be accompanied by a guardian or driving instructor from 5:00 AM to 21:00 PM, unless they are traveling between work or school.
