A Brooklyn man is suspected of using dogs to lure children into buildings. Writes about it Pix11.
On Tuesday, police took the suspect into custody in connection with several incidents with children in Brooklyn. He used dogs to get the child's attention. One of his dogs is a husky, the breed of another dog is unknown, but it is smaller than a husky.
Brooklyn's Ocean Hill Elementary School in Brownsville sent parents a warning letter about the man, who was identified by police as 25-year-old Brandon Rodriguez. According to the school, the alleged offender was seen outside the school with the dogs.

On May 24, police said Rodriguez allegedly approached a 13-year-old girl near Osborne Street and Pitkin Avenue and asked her to photograph him with the dog. After that, he took her to an apartment building, touched her in an inappropriate way and did not let her go, putting the dog at the door, and also took the bag.
The official said he fled when the victim's girlfriend called her.
The next day, at Christopher Avenue, Rodriguez asked a 12-year-old girl to photograph him with her dog. She escaped when Rodriguez tried to bring her into an apartment building.
About an hour later, Rodriguez asked the 11-year-old to photograph him with her dog near Watkins Street and Pitkin Avenue, officials said. The girl also escaped when Rodriguez tried to take her into an apartment building.
Rodriguez was taken into custody on Tuesday, June 1, but so far no charges have been filed, law enforcement sources said.
