On Saturday, November 18, a solemn ceremony of lighting the Christmas tree was held at Luna Park on Coney Island as part of the winter season program - Frost Fest, as reported Secret NYC.
Frost Fest is the first in history Luna Park extension of the winter season. The festive event will take place from November 18 to January 7. Visitors will be treated to exciting winter activities, some of which have never been offered at an amusement park before.
The Luna Park Christmas tree lighting event was free and open to the public. However, if you want to go to Rudolph's Skating Rink, Santa's Wonderland and the North Pole, you'll need to buy tickets on the Luna Park website.
