Macy's flower show opens in New York: a real paradise for plant lovers

Macy's is celebrating the arrival of spring in New York. March 26 at the department store in Herald Square opened the 48th annual floral exhibition Macy's.
The main floor of the flagship store has been transformed into a flower paradise that awaits guests for two weeks. New Yorkers and tourists are invited to explore the thousands of plants, flowers and trees that have settled in the store for the duration of the show.
Thousands of floral compositions have been created in partnership with Dior - the same mixes are used to create signature Dior fragrances.
You don't need a ticket to attend the show. It is free and open all the time while the department store is open (from 10:00 to 21:00 from Monday to Saturday, on Sun the store opens at 11:00 and closes at 21:00).

Visitors said the flower arrangements are a beautiful sight after a long winter spent indoors.
“It's already a tradition. Every New Yorker should just come and see. If you are a tourist, you will simply love these flowers, plus you can shop,” said one of the residents of the city.
The exhibition will run until April 10.
