'Thrown away like garbage': woman's body found in trash can after party in New York

On the morning of October 21, a woman's body was found in a large trash can near a Staten Island home. Police arrived at the apartment building around 5:45 a.m. after calling 911 about the gruesome find. News10.
According to police, the death of a woman in her 30s was pronounced at the scene. Authorities have not yet identified her.
According to the representative, the medical examiner will determine the cause of her death. Sources said the woman is believed to have been at a house party shortly before her death.
“It's incredibly shocking and so terrible. Right under our noses in our backyard,” said Edwin Roman, a resident of the apartment building.
The owner of the house said that CCTV footage showed one of his tenants and another man moving what he believed was a trash can with a body.
“From the video, you can clearly see who is in the footage,” the homeowner said. “No one should ever be treated like that. They threw it away like trash.”

The landlord claimed that this particular tenant had caused trouble before. The Landlord allegedly tried to evict him for years.
The tenant was questioned by the police, but no charges were filed.
