So far, he confirmed, only residents of Moscow and the Moscow Region are being taken from New York.

The Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation has formed a preliminary export schedule for the coming days. The list of countries from which flights will be operated includes Thailand, India, Japan, Cyprus, Spain, Turkey and Montenegro.

According to the Federal Air Transport Agency, Russians who left the country after January 1, 2020 can apply for export flights.
