The apartments are located in a new ten-story building at 2425 Pacific Street.
2425 Pacific Street Apartments offers four one-bedroom apartments priced at $693 per month. Households of one to three people with annual incomes between $28,115 and $43,740 are eligible to apply.

There are also four two-bedroom apartments available for $814 per month. Families or couples of two to five people with annual incomes between $33,738 and $52,500 are eligible to apply.
Additionally, nine one-bedroom apartments are available for $996 per month for one to three residents with incomes ranging from $38,503 to $58,320 per year.
