A resident of South Huntington, New York, pleaded guilty on May 31 to raping his 21-year-old daughter. The man persuaded her to spend the night in his house, and then attacked her when she was sleeping, writes Fox News.
A 45-year-old man was charged with first-degree rape - he fully admitted his guilt.
The incident took place in February 2022 when the 21-year-old victim was spending time with her father. He persuaded her to stay with him for the night. In the evening, the man gave his daughter Advil PM, which he said was supposed to help her "get some rest."
At night, the victim woke up from the fact that her father was massaging her back and buttocks. As soon as she realized what was happening and began to protest, the man grabbed her hands, pressed them to the bed and raped her daughter.
Freed, the girl ran out of the house and asked for help from another family member who lives nearby.

During the investigation, the victim told police that her father sexually abused her when she was a child.
The next court hearing in this case is scheduled for July 19: it is expected that on this day the accused will be sentenced.
