The other day, he bought a Snickers candy bar from a small Brooklyn store.
The next day the young man decided to eat it. But, having opened the packaging, Sergey and his wife saw real worms in the chocolate bar.
It didn’t look appetizing at all (video provided by Denis Cheredov, a journalist from the Bureau).
New York lawyer Tanya Gendelman said that it was impossible to sue the store or the manufacturer.
You will be surprised, but it turns out that according to the law, if you have not suffered (in this case, you have not been poisoned), there can be no case. The only thing is that for Snickers with worms, Sergei is still required to return the money in the store where he bought the bar.
