There will be a lot of concerts and shows on Little Island in the summer: the line-up is impressive

The summer program at Little Island, an artificial island on stilts in New York City, includes many shows. All of them will be held in Amph - theater in the territory of this park, reports Time-out.

It all kicks off with Big Mix, a three-week extravaganza that runs from June 16th to July 3rd. Every week, guests will enjoy a unique show dedicated to one of three summer holidays: Juneteenth, LGBT+ Pride, and US Independence Day.

The second Annual Music and Dance Festival will take place on the island from 20 to 31 July.

“Every day there will be several free performances throughout the park. Tickets for the evening shows at Amph will also be available,” the official press release reads.

Other highlights include an innovative approach to the modern circus (Robot Infidèle), the Second Annual Storytelling Festival and Island Music Week. You can view the schedule of events and buy tickets here.

In addition, Little Island staff will once again host free weekly performances at the Glad Room and Playground Wednesday through Sunday. Each evening the show will have a different theme. Visitors are waiting for children's and family programs, poetry, quizzes, cabaret, karaoke and much more.
