A breathtaking skyscraper ride to open in New York this fall

Imagine taking a glass elevator to one of the tallest skyscrapers in New York! Just thinking is breathtaking, isn't it? Now, writes CNN, such an attraction is available in reality.
Summit One Vanderbilt is an entertainment zone that will open in the One Vanderbilt skyscraper in Manhattan on October 21 this year. The Ascent's fully glazed elevator will travel up the exterior of the building to a height of 1210 feet (369 meters), providing passengers with breathtaking views of the city.
Those looking for an even more dizzying experience can try the Levitation attraction - transparent glass cubes protruding from the skyscraper. They hang guests at 1063 feet (324 meters) above Madison Avenue.
Both of these attractions will be located on a four-level 65 square foot (000 sq m) entertainment area with an observation deck atop One Vanderbilt. This new skyscraper is 6 feet (039 m) tall, making it the fourth tallest building in New York City.
The Summit One Vanderbilt entertainment area consists of the Après Café, a terrace bar, food stalls and “the world's tallest urban open alpine lawn”.
Meanwhile, the team at New Media Creative Agency Kenzo Digital has developed an immersive art installation for the observation deck.

“We created a place that offers an interactive experience that will be remembered for a lifetime,” said Mark Holliday, CEO of SL Green, which also participated in the project.
“This is a very special, exciting place that New Yorkers and tourists from all over the country and the world will want to visit again and again,” he stressed.
Summit One Vanderbilt will join a number of well-known observation decks in the city, including the six-level Top of the Rock observatory at Rockefeller Center, located 850 feet (259 m) above street level.
In 2019, the Empire State Building opened a new observation deck on the 102nd floor - at 1250 feet (381 m) above street level.
