Free hotel accommodation: New York has reached a new level of isolation

New Yorkers infected with coronavirus will be able to undergo self-isolation in one of the city's hotels. Test & Trace Corps is the city's comprehensive system for testing and tracking all positive cases of COVID-19. As part of this program, Mayor Bill de Blasio announced the launch of the Take Care Initiative. This will make it possible to place citizens infected with coronavirus in hotels if they cannot stay at home, without risking their loved ones.

This initiative is another step towards preventing the spread of the virus and getting the city back to normal. “Helping New Yorkers live safely, along with testing and tracking (new infections - Ed.), Is key to safely opening up our city,” Mayor Bill de Blasio said. "It will help keep you and your loved ones safe, but it's not always easy."
