Huge fires in New York destroyed part of the street: shops, salons, enterprises burned down

A fire with five hearths blazes in several stores on Bergenline Avenue in West New York, New Jersey, reports ABC7.
The fire broke out in one store just before 4:30 a.m. and spread to others, officials said.
Officials say NJ Transit bus routes 22, 84, 156 and 159 are taking a detour while Bergenline Avenue is closed. Buses will travel along 68th Street and Kennedy Boulevard in both directions.
Six stores in three buildings were damaged by the fire.
Shops affected include a nail salon, a smokehouse and a repair shop.

A cosmetics store, a Carvel ice cream shop and a Don Julios barbecue with apartments above it were also affected, officials said. About 15 families were displaced.
Officials diverted New Jersey bus routes 22, 84, 156, and 159, and Bergenline Avenue was closed to public transportation.
Shortly after the first fire, three more stores and several apartments at 1009 Bergenline in Union City were damaged by another fire. Union City Mayor Brian Stack said about 50 people were left homeless.
