On Sunday afternoon, October 25, supporters of the incumbent US President Donald Trump staged a rally in New York in support of him. A convoy of hundreds of vehicles draped with American flags and Trump 2020 banners drove slowly through Manhattan and Brooklyn.
The column traveled from Coney Island to Trump Tower in Manhattan, and then went to the rally in Brooklyn Park.
Trump's personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, briefly greeted supporters as he drove past Trump Tower during the parade.
According to the Jews For Trump website, Sunday's rally was intended not only to support President Trump, but also to demonstrate solidarity with communities caught in the so-called "red" zone. Recall starting from October 7 New York is divided into "red", "orange" and "yellow" zones depending on the rate of spread of the coronavirus in them. In the "red" zones, all non-essential enterprises were closed, and schools switched to online education.

The rally followed several weeks of tensions in Brooklyn's Jewish neighborhoods in the red zone.
Heshy Tischler, city councilor and leader of the Brooklyn restriction protests, has rallied in support of Sunday's auto parade.
Boris Epshteyn, Trump campaign adviser and co-chair of Jewish Voices for Trump, organized a Sunday rally at the Brooklyn Marine Park at the end of the car parade.
The protest led to a clash between supporters and opponents of Trump. There was a fight between several people, so the police had to intervene.
As seen in one of the videos posted on Twitter, several demonstrators pelted cars with eggs and stones, pulled out flags and shouted insults.
The NYPD reported seven detainees in connection with physical clashes in Times Square.
