Five people were arrested after a group of protesters stormed a Burger King restaurant in New York on the evening of December 27 to protest the city's demands for a COVID-19 vaccination. New York Post.
The protesters without masks (which also violates the requirements of the city authorities) were filmed. They yelled at the restaurant staff for refusing to serve them due to the lack of vaccination cards. Police officers said they were called after the group refused to leave the facility following several requests from staff.
The New York City Vaccine Mandate requires all restaurant customers wishing to dine indoors to show vaccination cards.
Mitchell Bosch, 41, who was one of five people taken into custody at Burger King, has already been arrested twice this month during similar protests. They took place at the Cheesecake Factory and Applebee.

Bosch was filmed during the Burger King protest. He urged other protesters to "keep the line."
The video also shows people shouting "shame on you" at the police when a group of protesters was handcuffed.

Others shouted that they were not criminals and that they had not done anything wrong.
Bosch and four others were accused of trespassing Burger King and being illegally at the establishment. Other detained participants: Michael Mitchell, 36; Augusto Alarcón, 39 years old; Ethan Boysworth, 41 and Bradford Solomon, 44. They were given subpoenas.
Bosch has made similar protests in the past
Bosch was among six people arrested on December 14 for organizing a sit-in at the Cheesecake Factory in Queens. In the incident, about 40 protesters stormed into a restaurant at the Queens Center and refused to show proof of vaccination. All of them were charged with criminal assault.
The next day, Bosch went to the Applebee store in the same mall to protest the imposition of a vaccination mandate. Police said he was charged with criminal assault after he refused to leave Applebee. Bosch received subpoenas for both incidents and was released pending trial.
