New Housing Lotteries in New York: Apartments from $ 736 per month

The New York City Housing Authority regularly conducts lottery draw rights available apartments in different areas of the city.

94 apartments in a new building in the Bronx

The building is located at: 985 Bruckner Boulevard, Hunts Point, Bronx. 94 new studio apartments participate in the lottery: from $ 748 per month for 1-2 people, one-bedroom apartments from $ 948 per month for 1-3 residents, two-bedroom apartments from $ 1148 per month for a family from 2-5 person.

You will be contacted in the event that your application will be randomly selected at the stage of the initial registration of the lease. Please note that due to the large number of applications it is impossible to contact each applicant for each project.
