Parents in New York killed their son with cerebral palsy

An upstate New York couple has been charged with manslaughter and criminal negligence in connection with the death of their 17-year-old son with cerebral palsy, officials say. Lisa and Anthony Waldron of Oswego were arrested in the case on Wednesday, March 16th. A month later, the medical examiner ruled the boy's death a homicide, reports New York Post.
The medical examiner said the infection and malnutrition contributed to the teen's death.
According to management the sheriff Oswego County, a son who died on May 9 had bedsores on a "significant part" of his body.

As part of their investigation, the police interviewed doctors and teachers boy. Authorities also received medical and school records, the report said.
The parents were accused, among other things, of endangering the well-being of an incapacitated or handicapped person.
During the March 16 arraignment, the judge ordered that both parents be released on bail.
