Illegal immigration on the southern border of the United States continues to break records, so the administration of US President Joe Biden has increased the frequency of clandestine flights with illegal immigrants to New York, reports New York Post.
In recent weeks, the number of smuggled migrant flights to New York has increased to almost one per night. And now a new airport is being used to receive them. This is an obvious attempt by the administration to avoid chaos on the border ahead of the November midterm elections.
According to a video provided by New York Republican gubernatorial candidate Rob Astorino, New York's Stewart International Airport is now also accepting flights with illegal immigrants, who previously only arrived at the Westchester County airport.
The Post watched video of two flights arriving at Stewart from El Paso, Texas via Jacksonville, Florida, at 22:59 p.m. on May 17 and at 00:13 a.m. on May 22. Each plane carried about 100-150 migrants.
New video evidence
The footage shows migrants getting off planes late at night and transferring to waiting buses. They take them to residential complexes or hotels in different areas of the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut). As with flights to Westchester, most of the migrants brought to New York are Hispanic males between 15 and 25 years old.
The footage shows each passenger exiting the plane with large white boxes in their hands. Then he goes to the waiting buses, on which the company emblems were covered. Though it appears to be the same charter operator that was meeting migrant flights in Westchester.
The planes that landed in Stuart belong to Omni Air International. Previously, it was not associated with flights for the transport of migrants.
New York is a paradise for illegal immigrants
New York Gov. Kathy Hokul created an incredibly favorable deal for illegal immigrants, saying that they will be eligible for Medicaid: "If you do not have legal status in the United States ... but you are over 65 years old, we will give you this medical insurance regardless of your status" .
In addition, in January, the New York City Council passed legislation allowing non-citizens to vote in municipal elections.

Border crisis
The US Border Patrol said a record 234 migrants crossed the southern border in April, up from 088 in March.
Last month, a federal judge barred the Biden administration from ending Section 42, a law to tighten up border protection in a pandemic era. The administration is appealing this decision. But according to Axios, the planned cancellation already drew another 50 migrants to the border last month in anticipation of easier entry into the country.

The border crisis has faded into the background for voters who have become more worried about inflation. But illegal immigration is becoming a problem for Democrats in the midterms.
